It uses organic matured sake lees extract from Watari Honten, a long-established sake brewery in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, which has been producing the sake using traditional techniques since the Edo period.

[Aged sake lees extract extracted from special sake lees]

Unlike the usual method, this product uses matured sake lees extract extracted from sake lees made using the Edo period method known as kimoto-zukuri, which involves waiting for natural fermentation without adding lactic acid bacteria. It contains more skin-beautifying ingredients than regular sake lees.
