*For subscription payments, only easy payment methods (Shop Pay, Google Pay) and credit card payments are accepted.

Choosing a Payment Method

1. After adding your desired product to the cart, select "Cart"

2. Confirm your product(s) and quantity, then select "Proceed to Checkout"

3. From the list, select your preferred payment method.

*If you do not use easy payment (Shop Pay, Google Pay), your previous order information (contact details, shipping address, credit card information, etc.) will not be carried over, and you will need to enter the information each time.

■Easy Payment (Shop Pay / Google Pay)

"Easy Payment" allows you to quickly complete your purchase without the hassle of entering information again when making repeat purchases.

・For credit card payments, "Shop Pay" is recommended!


By registering both your email address and phone number, you will no longer need to enter your credit card information or address for subsequent purchases, making the checkout process very easy.

【Shop Pay Registration Steps】

You can use it by registering through the Shop Pay button.

1. Enter your email address and mobile phone number

2. Enter the authentication code received via SMS

3. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address; select "Check email"

4. Enter your personal information such as name and address

5. Enter your credit card information

Once registered, subsequent payments will be smooth on all websites that use Shop Pay.

2. An authentication code will be sent to your registered mobile phone number; enter the code

3. Review the displayed information and, if there are no issues, select the "Pay now" button to complete the purchase


・"Google Pay" is convenient for purchases on Chrome and Android devices.

"Google Pay" is a payment method that allows you to make purchases using a credit card registered to your Google account and the Google Pay app.

The auto-fill feature saves your card information, making it immediately available for use during checkout on Chrome and Android devices.

・Convenience Store Payment

You can pay at FamilyMart, Lawson, Seven-Eleven, Ministop, and Daily Yamazaki stores nationwide.
You can complete the procedure and payment at dedicated terminals or cash registers in each store.

・Bank Transfer

Please transfer the product fee to the designated bank within the deadline.

・Pay-easy Payment

You can pay via online banking or bank ATMs by entering your billing organization number, customer number, and confirmation number.
*Pay-easy cannot be used at convenience store counters or shared convenience store ATMs. However, it can be used at financial institution ATMs located in convenience stores (e.g., Japan Post Bank in FamilyMart).

・Paidy (Postpaid)

Payment is due the following month. This is the only postpaid payment method that allows you to shop by simply entering your email address and mobile number.

You can pay by scanning the displayed QR code with the au PAY app. Also, for smartphone purchases, you can transition to the app during payment and settle within the app.

Rakuten Pay is a payment service that allows you to pay using credit cards registered to your Rakuten ID and Rakuten Points.

・Cash on Delivery

This payment method involves paying in cash to the Yamato Transport delivery person upon product arrival.

Details of payment handling fees (prices include tax)

  • If the payment is between 1 yen and 9,999 yen, the fee is 330 yen.
  • If the payment is between 10,000 yen and 29,999 yen, the fee is 440 yen.
  • If the payment is between 30,000 yen and 99,999 yen, the fee is 660 yen.
  • If the payment is between 100,000 yen and 300,000 yen*, the fee is 1,100 yen.

*1 Even if the transaction is not completed due to the purchaser refusing to accept the product, cash on delivery fees will still be charged. *Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will issue the product price receipt on behalf of the mail-order business. *Payment handling fees do not include shipping fees, transfer fees, or revenue stamp fees. *If the cash on delivery amount per transaction is 55,000 yen (tax included) or more, a stamp duty equivalent to 220 yen (tax included) will be required. *For information on consumption tax on stamp duty, please refer to Why is consumption tax added to stamp duty? *2 The maximum cash on delivery amount per payment is 300,000 yen.
