For customers who lead busy lives, CHANT offers a "Subscription Service" where products are delivered continuously with a single order.

The prices are lower than regular purchases, and shipping is free.
Delivery cycles can be chosen from
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 3 months
- 3 weeks
and you can also specify the quantity.
Of course, you can stop at any time, so you can use the subscription service with peace of mind.
First, please try our shampoo bar and once you know how long it lasts, we encourage you to use our subscription service.

Changes or cancellations for subscription deliveries
With the subscription delivery service, the following changes can be made after placing your order:
- Pause
- Skip
- Cancel
- Payment method
- Shipping address

Pauses can be resumed at any time.
Please note that if you cancel, your (cycle, delivery date, quantity) will be reset and cannot be resumed with the same settings.
If you wish to resume after cancellation, please place a new order.
Changing the cycle
The delivery frequency cannot be changed after placing an order.
If you wish to change it, please cancel your current subscription once to reset the cycle, and then place a new order.
Subscription delivery date
The delivery date for each subscription delivery is based on your purchase date.
If you purchase on the 10th, delivery will be around the 10th of each cycle.
For a 3-week cycle, the purchase day of the week will be the starting point.
If you wish to change the delivery date after purchase, please cancel your current subscription once and then place a new order with your desired delivery date.
Credit Card Reauthorization due to Security Updates
If you are continuously using the subscription delivery service, payment companies may implement security updates. Due to this, some customers may need to reauthorize their registered credit card information (regardless of expiration date). If reauthorization is required, a notification will be sent to your registered email address. Please follow the instructions in the email to update your card information.
