We've compiled some "storage tips" to help you enjoy your all-in-one shampoo bar comfortably, right down to the last bit.
Q1. Where should I put it after I've used it?
We recommend a place where water can drain and air can circulate. The most important thing is that water doesn't accumulate.
- Soap dish with grooves or holes
- Drainer tray/rack
- Hang it in a lathering net
If you want to organize your storage space or are concerned about it dissolving easily, a silicone holder with good drainage is also recommended.

Q2. Is it okay to leave it in the bathroom?
It's generally fine, but bathrooms tend to be humid. If your bar tends to soften easily, try the following:
- Lightly drain water after use
- Place it where it won't get directly hit by the shower
- If possible, dry it outside the bathroom, such as in a changing room
For those who use it in the bathroom, a place that drains well and dries quickly is ideal.
Silicone holders are easy to clean and hygienic to use.

Q3. I'm concerned about it softening...
In most cases, it's because moisture remains before it dries.
- Switch to a stand where water doesn't accumulate at the bottom
- After use, lightly rinse off foam and drain water
- If used by family members, it gets used more often and doesn't dry easily, so prioritize a placement that allows for good drainage.
Changing the storage location often improves the situation, so please try a holder/stand with good drainage first.

Q4. It seems to dissolve easily/be used up quickly.
If any of the following apply, it will dissolve more easily.
- Water is pooling at the bottom
- Shower water is hitting it
- Humidity is high and there isn't enough time to dry (e.g., during rainy season or in the bathroom in winter)
Being mindful of "don't get hit, don't let water pool, dry it" will significantly improve its longevity.

Q5. How should I store unused stock?
Please store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures/humidity.
Q6. What are the tips for humid seasons like the rainy season or summer?
- Dry it in a changing room, where it dries faster than in the bathroom.
- Move it to a well-ventilated place.
Q7. How should I carry it when traveling or going to the gym?
The key points are to "dry it as much as possible" and "don't seal it too tightly."
- After use, drain water and lightly blot with a towel.
- If possible, use a breathable case.
- If using a zip-lock bag, take it out immediately upon returning home (or arriving) and let it dry.
💡 The aluminum case for carrying shampoo bars, convenient for transporting all-in-one shampoo bars, is also popular.

Q8. Can I store it in a case?
Yes, you can. However, sealed cases tend to retain moisture, so please dry it thoroughly before putting it in.
Many people wipe it with a towel before putting it in and leaving the lid slightly open.

Q9. White powder appeared on the surface. Is it okay?
The white powder is either a coconut-derived facial powder or clay (kaolin clay). There is no problem with the quality. Ingredients may appear on the surface due to dryness or temperature changes.
If you are concerned, lightly wet the surface and lather as usual before use.
* If there is "unusual odor" or "strong discoloration," discontinue use and contact us.
Q10. What should I do when it gets small?
- When it becomes thin, attach it to the bottom of a new one and use it.
- Broken pieces can be put in a soap bag for facial use (easy to use until the end).

A Word About Each Product
For KIYOME users (to enjoy the scent comfortably)
To maintain the pleasant scent of Japanese essential oils, an environment with low humidity is ideal. If you keep it in the bathroom, pay special attention to draining water and ventilation.
For TANE users (simplicity is key for unscented products)
TANE is unscented, so simple storage is fine. As long as you follow the "don't get hit, don't let water pool, dry it" rule, you can use it comfortably.
If you still have trouble
The optimal storage method varies slightly depending on the location, usage, and season. Please feel free to consult us via LINE or chat about "which one works best for my situation."
