1) Lather well
For hair, stroke the bar a few times and lather by hand, incorporating air. For face and body, a foaming net or puff is also recommended.
2) Wash gently
Wash by gently gliding the foam over your skin, without excessive rubbing. Use fingertips for the scalp.
3) Rinse thoroughly
It rinses clean quickly, so you'll feel refreshed even with a short rinse. No conditioner is needed.

Can it be used on sensitive skin?
It is designed to be mildly acidic, additive-free, and 100% plant-derived. If you have concerns, please perform a patch test on the inside of your arm before use.
Can babies use it?
Yes, it can be used. For newborns, lather with a foaming net and gently wash by stroking the foam over their skin.
Is the scent strong?
It is unscented, so there is no added fragrance. However, there is a mild scent derived from the ingredients (it is not completely odorless). If you are concerned about the scent, we have samples displayed at our retail stores (link), so please feel free to check them in person.
How should I store it?
After use, drain water thoroughly and let it dry in a well-ventilated area. This prevents it from melting and crumbling, allowing it to last longer.

Is rinse really unnecessary?
It is not necessary, but some people may feel a squeaky sensation during the first 1-2 weeks while their hair is wet (though many do not experience a significant difference). It contains plenty of moisturizing ingredients, so even if it feels insufficient when wet, try drying it with a hairdryer once. Once dry, it will be moist and shiny. For those who experience a transition period, it typically takes an average of 1-2 weeks to get used to it. You can still use a conditioner if you prefer, depending on your hair type and water quality. However, for CHANT's care, we recommend using SAKI Oil Serum on wet hair.
