Participation Requirements (Invitation Only)

For invitations, we consider purchase history, but even more importantly, we value the belief in "sympathizing with CHANT's craftsmanship and wanting to nurture it together."

How to Join

CHANT will send an invitation to your registered email address for those who meet the criteria. Please follow the instructions in the invitation email to complete the process.

1. Product Planning Lab Participation Rights (Once a year)

Invitation to an online discussion group where you can brainstorm product development ideas with the CHANT development team.

  • Share behind-the-scenes development stories and early information on prototypes

  • Reflect opinions in development through member-exclusive surveys

  • This is a session where the "real user's perspective" is utilized in planning


2. Online Exchange Event (Twice a year)

We hold online events for members to exchange opinions with each other and with developers.

  • Example themes: "Ethical life and self-care," "Deep dive into CHANT products"

     

    ※While there may be guidance for participants at the exchange events, the main focus is always dialogue.

3. Priority notification for pre-sales and limited edition products

  • Early notification / Early purchase information for new products

  • Priority notification for limited quantity products for members

  • Reservation information for collaborative and seasonal limited products (when available)
