TANE All-Over Shampoo Bar: Even Finer Camellia Seeds 

In response to feedback that "the scrub sensation is a bit too much,"

we have improved the TANE shampoo by making the camellia seeds, a key feature of the product, even finer.


Going forward, after the seeds are finely ground, they will be sieved through an even finer mesh,

resulting in a gentler feel.


However, making them too fine would cause the entire bar to turn pink from the pigment of the seeds,

so we have adjusted them to an "exquisite size" to maintain a balance between appearance and feel.


This improvement has already been implemented in products manufactured since last month.

KIYOME All-Over Shampoo Bar: Gentler Scent

In response to feedback that "the scent feels a bit strong,"

we have made the scent of KIYOME slightly softer, starting with products manufactured this month.


CHANT products are developed to be safe for those sensitive to fragrances.

With this adjustment, we aimed for a scent that more people will find "just right."


KIYOME is fragranced only with natural essential oils such as sandalwood, chamomile, benzoin, and mint.

Based on the concept of "purification," we deliver a scent that promotes inner balance.

Moving forward, we are also considering a new line that can cater to requests for "a little more vibrancy."

Thorough Application of Sealing Stickers

We received reports from customers who purchased through Amazon

that "the sealing sticker was peeled off upon arrival."

Since there were no issues with orders from our official online store,

it's possible that handling at Amazon warehouses may have been a factor.


As a measure we can take, we reconfirmed the application position

and thoroughly implemented methods internally to make the stickers more resistant to peeling.


We will continue to make improvements so that products reach our customers in excellent condition.
