What is a TANE Experience Ambassador?
This project recruits individuals who will actually use TANE for about two weeks and share their feelings of use, photos, and feedback.
What we want to know are real experiences that cannot be conveyed in advertisements. We value both positive and negative feedback, such as "it was squeaky" or "it wasn't squeaky."
- Can it really wash hair?
- Can a solid shampoo be used effectively?
- Is it okay without conditioner?
- Does it make the bathroom tidy?
- Is it convenient for travel or the gym?
We will utilize your experiences in future product development and information dissemination.
Four things we especially want to know
We are not asking for only positive reviews. Please give us your honest feedback after using the product.
💧 How was the squeaky feeling?
Please honestly tell us your feelings of use immediately after rinsing, after towel-drying, and after drying. We would also appreciate it if you could include your hair type.
🌬️ How was it after drying?
How was the texture and manageability after blow-drying? Please also tell us the difference between when it was wet and after it was dry.
🧼 Ease of use of solid shampoo
Please tell us about how you lathered it, how you stored it, and any tips or difficulties you experienced as you continued to use it.

Did your impression of the price change before and after using it? Please give us your honest feedback.

We will send a full-size TANE product to those who cooperate in providing questionnaires, photos, videos, and feedback.

What we ask of you
After receiving the product, please use it for approximately two weeks. After use, we ask for your cooperation via LINE for the following:
- Completion of usage feedback questionnaire
- Honest feedback on usage, such as squeaky feeling and texture after drying
- Tips and challenges experienced while using solid shampoo
- Your frank impression of the price
- Photos of usage scenes, such as lather, bathroom, and vanity
- Videos or Instagram posts, if possible
*Facial appearance is not required. Close-ups of hands, lather, bathroom, or back of head are welcome.
We welcome individuals who:
- Want to try solid shampoo
- Are unsure if they can master solid shampoo
- Want to simplify their hair and body care routine
- Are looking for a cleansing product for sensitive skin
- Frequently visit the gym, travel, or go to saunas
- Want to reduce the number of bottles in their bathroom
- Are already TANE users
- Can post Reels, Feed, or Stories on Instagram
Both new users and existing users can apply. Those who can cooperate with Instagram posts will be given priority.

Q. Why are you recruiting ambassadors?
Since TANE has a different usage sensation than general liquid shampoos, we want to gather real feedback from people who have actually used it and utilize it for future product improvements and information dissemination.
Q. Why are you providing the product?
This project is an ambassador program where you actually use TANE and cooperate in providing questionnaires, photos, videos, and feedback. We are providing the product as a token of our appreciation for your cooperation.
Q. Are there any costs involved?
Please bear the ambassador participation fee of 650 yen (for shipping costs). We will provide a dedicated coupon to eligible participants.
Q. Is it necessary to show my face?
No, it's not mandatory. Close-ups of your hands, lather, bathroom, vanity, or the back of your hair are all perfectly fine.
Q. Is Instagram posting mandatory?
It is not mandatory, but we will give priority to those who can cooperate with Reels, Feed, and Stories posts.
Q. What if I find it leaves my hair feeling squeaky? Can I be honest about that?
Yes, please be honest. Feedback like "it felt squeaky" is also valuable to us. This project is not about asking for only positive feedback.
Q. I already use TANE, can I apply?
Yes. Both new users and existing users can apply.
Q. Where will the photos and feedback be used?
Photos, videos, and feedback you provide may be used on CHANT's official Instagram, online shop, advertisements, promotional materials, etc. We will confirm usage rights in the application form.
